Our New Car Dealers Association is rich in history, being incorporated in the mid-1970s. Our objective is to promote leadership and awareness of the automotive industry in the Peoria Metro surrounding area. Through the Central Illinois Auto Show, the Association has the ability to support various community activities. The Central Illinois Auto Show is celebrating its 31st Anniversary, which has enabled the Association to make donations for the past twenty-plus years.
One of our first community activities was supporting the “Bring Home the Duryea” campaign. Additionally, we’ve had the ability, through the Auto Show, to assist the “Wheels for Work” program in conjunction with the Peoria Friendship House of Christian Service. The Association has donated over 120 used vehicles to this program that benefits families in need of transportation right here in Central Illinois.
On the evening prior to the Auto Show, the Association holds the Peoria’s First Look Auto Show Press Preview. Through this event, we have donated back to the community through various generous sponsors that also support our industry. This year we were able to donate $14,500.00 through the event. We could not make this happen without our new and returning sponsors who make the event possible. Thank you!
The Association leadership and its members look forward to the bright future of the Peoria Metro area. Please view our membership listing for a local dealership near you. Don’t forget to view the Central Illinois Auto Show website for exciting details and helpful information about this year’s event.
Sincerely,
2020 PMNCDA Executive Board
